How OneClick Support works

To use OneClick Support is very easy. On your web site you install the system as ‘copy and paste’ into web page code. After this operation, your web page will show the relative button. When the customer clicks on it, he will see a communication easy window to receive support from operator. Customer will decide what kind of communication he want to start (chat or audio-video). This is important to respect the customer privacy and anyone can contact you how he wants. The operator interface is a real work tool, containing requests in queue to select. Each communication opens a window to the operator. In this way he can help more support requests, at the same time. The entire work is optimized. The figure below shows the use of OneClick Support with two interfaces linking the customer to the operator. We invite you to test the on-line demo for realizing how to use the system is really easy, as to fill in a form. Would you like to test it now? Click here.
